Refund & Cancellation Policy
Ekow Body makes no health claims for any products. Please review ingredient list and keep in mind personal allergies or sensitivities. Products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Listed products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
If you have discomfort or irritation using any of our products, please discontinue use immediately.
Our products are not for ingestion including lip balms which should be used at a reasonable amount so that you are not "eating" the product.
Processing and shipping takes between 7 - 15 days for US delivery from our US warehouse. Items that ship from our international warehouse may take up to 30 days, though it often arrives sooner.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you have questions regarding shipping please contact us at EkowBodyShop@gmail.com.
If you are unhappy with your purchase please notify us and we will work with you to make sure you're 100% happy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You can request a cancellation within 2 hours of purchase.
Because all of our products are made to order, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless items are damaged by Ekow Body. If you have a question regarding sizing, please contact us before ordering. Sizing issues will not be refunded, we ask customers to double check orders to confirm all sizes and colors before checkout.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at EkowBodyShop@gmail.com for more information.
In the unlikely chance that you should receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please message us within 3 business days of the confirmed order delivery date. If the damage is due to Ekow Body we will cover a new item and shipping, but must be reported within 3 days of delivery date. The Ekow Body must receive your return item within 30 days of return request.

Unless the item is received damaged, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
