What to expect:

  • 🕒 Duration: 1 Hour

  • 🏷️ Level: All levels — Beginners & experienced dancers welcome

  • 🎶 Style: Soul, R&B, and feel-good jams

  • 💪 What to expect: Light cardio, easy-to-follow steps, high vibes

  • 👟 What to wear: Comfy clothes and shoes! Bring water, a fan and sweat cloth. You’ll need it!

  • 📍 Location: Ekow Body Wellness Studio, 315 Peck Street, New Haven

Class Booking & Cancellation Policy

    All class pass purchases are final. Passes may be used for any regularly scheduled class within 30 days of purchase and cannot be applied to special events.

    If life happens and you’re unable to use your pass before it expires, we offer a one-time 30-day extension—just email us at hello@ekowbody.com before your pass runs out.
