Your membership is designed to keep you consistent and supported. Sessions are reserved weekly spots, not drop-ins, and don’t roll over month to month. If life happens, we’ll do our best to help you reschedule within the same or following week.

Holiday note: Studio is closed Thu, Nov 28. Friday clients are welcome to attend any open session the following week to stay on rhythm.

1:1 Strength Coaching

Preferred start times (Mon/Wed/Fri): 9:00 AM, 11:00 AM, or 1:00 PM. Need a tiny shift? Ask—there’s a little flex where it makes sense.

From December 1, we lock into a steady groove so your planning (and progress) stays simple.

  • Small Group Strength: Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 10:00 AM & 12:00 PM
Important: Small group sessions are not drop-ins; they’re your regular, reserved times. Sessions do not roll over month to month unless rescheduled in advance per policy.
Policies & Care

Membership, Scheduling & Care Policies

Small Group Strength is a reserved weekly spot (not drop-in). This keeps groups balanced and coaching personal.
  • No refunds: Memberships are billed monthly; refunds aren’t available on used or partially used months.
  • No rollovers (with reasonable flexibility): Sessions do not roll over month to month. When life happens, we’ll try to place you in an alternate session the same week or the following week (based on availability). Sessions missed without adequate notice are marked as used.
  • Rescheduling window: Please give 24 hours’ notice for any changes to avoid losing your session. As a best practice, we’ll look for a same-week replacement (may include joining a different small group; 1:1 clients may occasionally join a small group when that’s the closest fit).
  • Mutual grace: If Candice needs to reschedule, we’ll offer the soonest comparable option and keep you whole.
  • Membership terms: Monthly billing on a 4-week rhythm. Memberships begin with a 3-month commitment to give yourself a real runway for results. No long-term contracts; cancel anytime with 48 hours’ notice before your next billing date.

Do I need experience to start?

No. I coach all experience levels. Everything we do is tailored to your body, comfort, and goals.

How does scheduling work?

After activating your membership, Candice will contact you to schedule your first session. Generally, membership sessions are scheduled at a consistent recurring time.

If joining a small group you may be matched with an existing group, or begin a new group if all groups are full.

Please give 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling to avoid losing a session. We’ll do our best to find a same-week replacement.

What should I bring?

Comfortable workout clothes, sneakers, and water. Optional: lifting gloves or jump rope. We also offer the Ekow Body Starter Kit (lifting gloves & digital jump rope) for $45.
