Step into the world of the Dragon Rider.

This 90-minute Arc Flow Experience blends flow staff-based movement, fantasy atmosphere, music, and community into something that feels a little more mythic than your average workout.

You’ll move through Arc Flow patterns using a wooden flow staff, exploring control, coordination, strength, rhythm, and presence — with a Dragon Rider-inspired edge.

No combat. No choreography experience required. Just come ready to move, play, and enter the world.

Your experience includes:

• 90 minutes of guided Arc Flow movement
• Dragon Rider-inspired atmosphere and music
• Use of an Arc Flow staff during the session
• A small themed takeaway
• Time to connect and linger after class

What to wear
Comfortable clothes you can move in. Black and gold are encouraged if you want to lean into the theme, but absolutely not required.

Who it’s for
No Arc Flow experience is necessary. This experience is designed to be approachable for beginners while still feeling interesting and satisfying for returning participants.
